This year, there are several ways to get and submit registration forms for the OLOC Gathering.
•A registration packet was mailed to everyone that receives the OLOC newsletter. There is a copy
of the Registration Form in it.
•Request a copy of the Registration Form, in case you didn’t get one or need a second. •Send email requests to info@oloc.org
•Mail written requests to OLOC PO Box 5853 Athens, OH 45701
•Download a PDF of the Registration Form. •Download a regular PDF, print it, fill it out and mail it back.•Or… download a fillable PDF (E-Form).
Paying For Your Registration
Also new this year, you have more than one option for paying your registration fees.
•Mail a check made out to OLOC. •The check can go with your registration form or with a note saying you submitted your registration via email.
•Pay electronically. If you choose electronic payment… •Use your PayPal account. •Or, through PayPal, use a credit card without having a PayPal account
•Either PayPal choice will produce a transaction number that you will need to enter on your registration form before sending it to us by email or snail mail.
Here are easy steps to help complete your registration :
If you want the same thing that went out in the mail, here's the entire packet including cover letter, registration form, financial assistance form, advertising form and tentative program schedule.
Otherwise, look here for the latest Gathering update, hotel, travel information and more before proceeding. The latest program schedule is here. After you have made your decisions, follow these steps:
1. Choose your registration form here: either the plain PDF to mail back or our new e-form that you can complete online. *
2. Print out the regular PDF form. You must download and open the e-form in Adobe Reader (or Adobe Acrobat).
3. Fill out the form of your choice and calculate your registration fee.
4. If you need a financial assistance form, you also have both choices: plain PDF or e-form. *
5. If you choose to use PayPal, click on the PayPal Pay Now button at the bottom of this page and
complete your transaction.
6. Fill in your transaction ID in the appropriate blank on the registration form. (the blank for the ID is
on the lower right of the forms)
7. If you are submitting your form by U.S. Mail, be sure to enclose your check or your PayPal
transaction ID.
8. If you are submitting the e-form via email, enter your PayPal transaction ID and push Submit.
(Don't be alarmed if your filled form appears to be blank in your outgoing email. This happens in some instances and the information still arrives at our end regardless.) If you are submitting the e-form via email and paying by check, mail the check to OLOC with a
note to identify it as your registration fee.
9. To register at the Hacienda Hotel call (800) 421-5900 and tell them you are with OLOC. It turns out that they have no way to register online and still get our special Gathering rate.
10. Now start anticipating the fun you’ll have and the new friends you will make.
